  • Bendy is a Greater Vancouver, BC pop-up studio, meaning that class locations may change month to month, so that we can serve more communities looking to stretch with Bendy!   • Bendy class is a 60 minute full body stretching workout class. Expect a warm up block and a mix of dynamic and static stretching exercises focused on developing muscle elasticity and strength (back, chest, legs) as well as breathing and balance. Trust us, you’ll feel all of your muscles the next day!

  • People of all genders are welcome to join a class! If you’re an athlete, a runner, a cycler, a regular gym-goer and are looking to incorporate stretching into your active routine - we got you. If your body is tight, because of a desk job or if you’re just looking for a new type of movement - we got you too!

  • During static stretches, your instructors will offer hands-on queuing to help you achieve proper form and reach the best results available to you. Hands-on instruction is gentle and helps you go deeper into the stretch by relieving the muscle tension you might be experiencing when trying to hold the stretch. If you are uncomfortable being touched, you can let your instructor know.

  • Mild discomfort is expected during stretching exercises, but please don’t push yourself, if you feel any sharp pain during any of the exercises. Let your instructor know. Your instructor will always offer modifications based on your level of flexibility and comfort.

  • Bendy will provide you with mats and the necessary equipment to assist with stretching. You can always bring your own mat. And always bring water. :)

  • Fitted athletic clothing (yoga pants, shorts, tight top) is best for a stretching workout, but you can wear whatever you’re comfortable to move in! Bring something warm to put on after class to keep your muscles warm.

  • To prevent class disruption we do not allow late arrivals. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class start time to get settled in.

  • Right now Bendy is offering one type of stretching workout class - Bendy Basic. We’ll be adding more class types throughout the year, so keep an eye out on our website and on our Instagram page!

  • Bendy pop-up classes are $35/class.

  • At this time, we do not offer any class packs or memberships, but we are working on implementing these soon!

  • You have to be at least 18 years old to be able to take a class.

  • You can take photos/videos during class as long as they are of yourself and this is not disrupting to others. If you’re posting on Instagram, tag us @bendy.class :)

  • You can cancel a Bendy class up to 24 hours in advance and request a one-time class change to a future date. After 24 hours before class, you will lose your class credit. If you book a class and don’t show up, you will lose your class credit.

  • All Bendy services and classes are non-refundable, non-transferrable, and non-exchangeable. All services must be prepaid.
